Villa Bice is an historic building located in the centre of the small village of Bergeggi in the province of Savona.
At the beginning of the 1900s it was the agricultural estate of a Ligurian family, renovated and modernized in 2022, the Villa has lost none of its historic charm. In addition to the owners' private apartments, 9 guest suites have been created, 5 in the main building and 4 in the old mill. From the street there is a direct access to a garage with a green roof that is perfectly integrated into the environment.
The old stairway made with stone walls and brick steps and it has been flanked by a small monorail for convenient access for people with luggage or those who are handicapped.
On the west side of the villa, in its most protected and reserved area, a swimming pool has been created from which you can enjoy a unique panorama.

Villa Bice is located in the centre of the small village of Bergeggi. On foot you can easily reach the free beach and it’s equipped bathrooms. Next to the Villa there is a small dairy bar, a supermarket, a post office, a Pharmacy and an ATM. In a few minutes by car, you can reach Spotorno, Noli, Vado Ligure and in 15 minutes Savona, Varigotti and Finalborgo..
