A short distance from Bergeggi you can visit the city of Savona with a very lively historical centre and the Priamar fortress where exhibitions are often set up. In the surrounding area there are several characteristic villages such as Noli, Varigotti with its colorful houses on the beach, the beautiful Finale Borgo where you can stroll in the maze of alleys out of time and Borgio Verezzi where you can admire the coast in front of a good glass of wine and a dish of trofie with pesto. Genoa is only 60 km away and if you have never been there, it is a visit that you must not miss, we recommend going there by train leaving the car at Savona’s railway station. This way you will arrive directly in the city whereyou can enjoy the day without the stress of parking and driving in the traffic. In Genoa it is worth visiting the Aquarium, the Old Port, the historical centre with its carruggi, Palazzo Ducale and the Castelletto esplanade from where you can admire a magnificent panorama of the city.
